These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl 58 Casino ("jl 58," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the jl 58 Casino website located at https://jl58.lat and all related services, games, features, and content offered thereon.

jl 58 Casino supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount at jl 58 is ₱100 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum.
• Deposits are credited to your jl 58 account in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one (1) banking business day for bank transfer methods.
• jl 58 does not charge deposit transaction fees on GCash or PayMaya. Third-party bank fees may apply for bank transfer deposits and are the player's responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount at jl 58 is ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• jl 58 reserves the right to conduct additional security verification for withdrawal requests that are unusual in size or frequency, which may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds credited to the account.

jl 58 Casino offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion pages and take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

The following general bonus terms apply to all jl 58 promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players with a fully verified jl 58 account in good standing. jl 58 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per household, per device, and per IP address, unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.

All games offered on jl 58 Casino use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is made available to players prior to play.

• Game results at jl 58 are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system, except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, jl 58 will attempt to restore the game to its last verifiable state. If this is not possible, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl 58's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

All content on the jl 58 Casino platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of jl 58 Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl 58 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl 58 content without express written permission.

This includes identity verification data, financial transaction records, gameplay data, and device and session information required for platform security and regulatory compliance.

jl 58 Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Actions that jl 58 determines, in its sole discretion, pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy notification procedures.

Players may voluntarily close their jl 58 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

All disputes are subject to the laws of the Philippines, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above processes.

jl 58 Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the jl 58 platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the jl 58 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using jl 58 Casino and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including without limitation the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Republic Act No. 9287 (Illegal Numbers Games Law), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations in force at the relevant time.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jl 58 platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the City of Manila or such other competent Philippine court as may have jurisdiction, and both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.
